Message from 'Bob Thompson

Dear All

Attached is program and hotel/meal booking form.

You have the option of booking your room online with the hotel BUT this does not allow you to book your meal choice. This needs to be done by email or letter.

I am endeavouring to email everyone on the my email list but there may be omissions or errors so could I ask you to forward on this email to others you are in contact with to ensure everyone is notified.

CAR PARKING AT THE HOTEL

Complimentary Free Parking for all guests attending the event is provided.

Guests must register their vehicle either at reception on arrival or via the QR codes found in the event rooms otherwise you could receive a fine from the parking company that manages the hotel car park.

The hotel has been plagued with non hotel guests using their car park and has been forced to adopt this policy to ensure guests have a parking space.

Please be advised that it is my responsibility as organiser to advise you all of this policy.
